I'm still testing this blog and feed, so please excuse the extra posting. It will be less frequent once I get going. ;-) Speaking of getting going... I wish I could get over that feeling of apprehension before I go. I ALWAYS get it. It's a feeling that, "Maybe I'd be better off if I stay put, where it's safe, and where I've got my nice routine worked out... where I know what to expect for the most part."
Then, as soon as I blast off I say "What the heck was takin me so long?!" I then get a huge surge of adrenaline and I'm off. But, getting gone is always like standing there on the edge of a cold-spring pool. You know it's going to be refreshing and feel great after that initial shock, but you still stand there delaying the plunge.
